If you know LEGO BrickHeadz’s line of brick-built figures, you would know that, until now, the characters are all based entirely on fictional characters like, you know, The Mandalorian and characters from Harry Potter, for example. But that changes today with the LEGO 40548 BrickHeadz Spice Girls Tribute Set.
The 40458 becomes the first-ever BrickHeadz to feature real people being immortalized as LEGO BrickHeadz. But why Spice Girls? I have absolutely no idea.
Spice Girls, for those too young to know, was an all-girl band from the U.K. The entourage includes Emma, Geri, Mel B, Melanie C, and Victoria.
As far as the set goes, it includes the BrickHeadz version of each Spice Girl member, each in their signature getup and equipped with microphones and stands.
All told, the set has 578 pieces and when completed, each model measure 3 inches tall (8 cm).
Recommended for age 16 and up. Clearly, that’s not the target market is. The target market is probably today’s mom and dad.
The LEGO 40548 BrickHeadz Spice Girls Tribute set will be available on March 1st for US$49.99.
But don’t you want to jump straight into it on March 1st if you are a LEGO VIP member because LEGO VIP will have a shot in getting their hands on a signed set by entering a sweepstake on LEGO VIP.
