If you have read my review of the AIAIAI TMA-2 HD Headphones, you will know how I swear by it. But however good the sound is, not everyone fancy being tethered. Understanding this, the Danish headphone maker has introduced two new wireless models: TMA-2 Move Wireless and TMA-2 Move XE Wireless.
These new headphones are essentially the awesome TMA-2 but without wires. OK. That’s not entirely true. Each pair of headphones does come with a cable for analog cable input in the event that you managed to deplete its battery that has over 40 hours of run time.
Retaining the same studio-quality sound with the unique, sustainable modular design, both headphones feature AIAIAI’s 40 mm Bluetooth bio-cellulose Speakers with an intuitive multi-functional joystick button for music control and calls, and made from 30% recycled plastics, high-quality fibers from ocean-bound waste, and 100% recycled packaging.
Differentiating the two models are the earcup type and the materials used. The TMA-2 Move Wireless offers premium comfort that includes a high-comfort headband with PU padding and soft-cushion PU over-ear earpads while the TMA-2 Move XE Wireless is a lightweight premium comfort featuring lightweight polycarbonate headband with foam padding and eco-friendly REPREVE on-ear earpads.
With the regular TMA-2, each part of these new audio cans is replaceable and upgradeable, ensuring the longevity of the product and therefore, sustainability.
The AIAIAI TMA-2 Move Wireless and TMA-2 Move XE Wireless are available now for US$230 and US$180, respectively. If you are down, you may pick them up from AIAIAI’s website.
