Indonesia-based tuner Concept Motorsports went and took an all-electric Volkswagen ID.Buzz van and converted it into The Mystery Machine from Scooby Doo. The makeover was predominately cosmetic, using a Scooby and the Gang wrap, although they also lowered the van with KW V3 coilovers, which will help reduce pitch and roll when Shaggy and Scooby are high-tailing it away from a haunted house.

The battery-electric VW ID.Buzz seats five (enough for the whole Scooby gang) and comes equipped “with a rear-axle APP 310 motor making 201 hp and 229 lb-ft of torque.” That’s a considerable upgrade from the approximately 90 horsepower of the 1960s Chevy panel vans the original Mystery Machine was based on. My washing machine has more power.

I remember when I was in college, there was a taxi service in the area that had a van that was decked out to look like The Mystery Machine. And it was a popular ride, students used to call and specifically request it. Plus, it didn’t hurt that it could fit like twenty-five people.
