Get ready to embark on a journey into the wild world of Transformers with Yolopark’s latest creation: the IES (Internal Endoskeleton System) series figure of Optimus Primal, straight out of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. If you haven’t stumbled upon pictures of this mind-blowingly detailed masterpiece while scrolling through your endless cat memes, or if you’ve never witnessed it up close and personal at a toy convention, fear not! It’s now officially out in the open, price tag and all.
Calling all you die-hard Transformers fans with a passion for scrutinizing every bolt and gear – the Yolopark Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts IES Series 62 CM Optimus Primal Figure is the must-have collectible of the century. This bad boy is all about the nitty-gritty mechanical details and an articulated design that’s so spot-on that it could moonlight as a movie extra.
The figure itself is a Frankenstein’s monster of materials, combining PU, polystone, and metal. Like its forebear, the IES Optimus Prime from a couple of years ago, it’s a towering titan, standing at a majestic 62 cm (that’s a whopping 24 inches for you non-metric folks).
Yolopark is offering not one, but two versions: standard and deluxe. The deluxe version is so exclusive that only 500 lucky souls on this planet will get their grubby hands on it. If you’re rolling in dough, this is your golden ticket.
Now, let’s talk joints. This figure can wiggle and jiggle in all the right places. It can turn its head, flex its hands and arms, bust out some hip moves, and even point its toes, thanks to those articulated ankles. It’s practically a Transformer yoga master. OK, maybe not quite as many but good enough for a chest-pounding gorilla.
Oh, and don’t forget the two head sculpts – one with a stoic poker face and one that’s ready to roar like it just spotted a sale on energon cubes. The deluxe version goes the extra mile with up to 60° knee rotation and enough removable outer armor to make Iron Man jealous. We’re talking 14 removable plates, not just the measly two on the standard model.
In fact, those two removable bits on the standard version aren’t there to reveal anything. Nope, they’re just there to change the head sculpt and pop in some batteries. Still cool, though! Ermmm, maybe?
And here’s the kicker – the deluxe edition comes with a light-and-smoke show! The chest plate and plastron do a little dance with rhythmic lighting and even blow smoke if they’re feeling fancy. To top it all off, they throw in a jungle base, because every action figure needs a vacation spot.
If you’re ready to snag this beauty, mark your calendars for September 21, 2023, at 10 AM, and head over to Yolopark.com. As for the price, it’s not quite as steep as climbing Baldwin Street (Google it, trust us), but it’ll still set you back a cool US$1,399 for the standard version or US$2,199 for the deluxe. So start saving your pennies, because this is one monkey you won’t want to miss swinging into your collection!
