Alibaba, best known for being one of my favorite Friday night inebriated shopping go-tos (I never know what’s going to show up!), is selling these $3,000 all-electric mini-tanks. Officially sold as the ‘Outdoor Playground AVT-T01 Kid-Friendly Rides tank vehicle all-terrain tourist crawler robot chassis tank ride,’ it will herald a new age of me terrorizing the neighborhood.
The vehicle is capable of speeds up to 19 MPH and has a battery life of 6 to 8 hours on a full charge of its 72V lithium battery. Unfortunately, the cannon is nonfunctional, which will be #1 on my list of modifications to install. Then, a battering ram and a cool paint job with fire and skulls.
Can you drive one to carry your clubs on the golf course? Of course you can; it’s an all-terrain vehicle. Now, whether your country club frowns upon mini-tanks on the links is another question. One answered with a volley of golf balls from your mini cannon if anybody tries to say anything! Haha, that’s right – you better take cover in that sand trap!
