MINI John Cooper Works Bulldog Racing Edition: “Racing Feeling” For The Roads

Bulldog Racing, a private racing team from Nürburg, is celebrating the best finish for a MINI in a 24-hour race in the marque’s 64-year history. The special edition of the MINI is based on a highly-equipped MINI John Cooper Works which is powered by a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine with MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology, mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox, producing 231 ponies and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque.

The engine and many features of the special model are equal to the race with the starting number #126 from Bulldog Racing. Each vehicle is built to the customer’s specifications and individually set up-adjusted on the Nordschleife before delivery. With the MINI John Cooper Works Bulldog Racing Edition, you’d get the best of the race car but remain completely legal on the road.

It features many motorsports components which can be combined and installed individually based on the customer’s preference to create a car with a real “racing feeling” but for regular roads.

Each car further touts Bulldog Racing Design Package, including roof decoration foil, 3D logos, individual interior badge with vehicle number, setup date, and more.

Bulldog Racing is extending this service to customers with older MINIs of the current generation from 2014 onwards. Anyone who is interested may touch base with Bulldog Racing.
