With HasLab H.I.S.S. Tanks, Cobra Commander “world domination” seems inevitable but thankfully, the G.I. Joe has their own trick up their sleeves: the HasLab G.I. Joes Classified Series G.I. Joe Assault Copter Dragonfly (XH-1). The second G.I. Joe Classified Series from HasLab, the G.I. Joe Assault Copter Dragonfly (XH-1) is the first time the XH-1 has been presented on a 6-inch scale.
The HasLab G.I. Joe Classified Series G.I. Joe Assault Copter Dragonfly (XH-1) absolutely stunning, especially with the light-up instrument panels in the cockpit and exterior lights. It looks more like a scale model than a collectible toy. It is a 6-inch scale toy, which means it is huge.
It measures an enormous 34.09 inches (865.79 mm) long from the tip of the front turret barrel to tail, 11.33 inches (287.22 mm) tall from skids to rotor, and 13.77 inches (349.76 mm) wide wing tip to wing tip.
The cockpit can accommodate a pilot and a gunner, each with a 4-point harness, and it has a detachable “Gull-wing” canopy for ease of placing the 6-inch scale figure inside the cockpit.
The XH-1 comes with a host of armaments, allowing you to customize the loadout for different missions. The detachable weapon accessories include two Creeper missiles, two 70 mm unguided rocket launchers, two Jester Missile racks to hold 8 Jester Missiles, and removable laser-guided stationary 160 mm Cannon Pod with belt-fed ammo that connects to the port side of the chopper.
In addition, the XH-1 further boasts a functioning hoist, an articulated 25 mm Dragonbreath Rotary Nose Cannon, and twin X-551 Mini-Cannon details below the cockpit. Also included are six blast effects to bring your XH-1 to life.
Other notables include removable access panels to reveal engine details, hinged cannon access doors that show the inner workings of the twin X-551 60 mm Mini-Cannon accessories, movable V tail wing, adjustable stabilizer wings, counter-rotating coaxial turbine detail, and engine cover exhaust vents.
The collectible toy will come supplied with a 10-inch clear display stand with a 15-degree angle to recreate the copter attack pose. A sticker sheet will be included to let you personalize your Assault Copter. Finally, it will include a William “Wild Bill” Hardy action figure with more figures that will unlock if the campaign hits the various stretch goals.
The G.I. Joe Classified Series G.I. Joe Assault Copter Dragon (XH-1) has no problem obtaining 11,000 backers for this little big fellow. It has 41 days on the calendar but already 11,005 people have committed to dropping US$274.99 for it. Looks like hitting those stretch goals ain’t going to be a problem at all.
