Every Harry Potter fan would dream of owning the LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle (71043). But the truth is, not every Potterhead has the money to drop and/or the space to spare for such a massive set. Thankfully, there is an upcoming set that fans with a slightly lesser budget and/or room space to realize the LEGO Hogwarts Castle dream.
According to the Japanese LEGO 2023 2HY Catalog, a micro-build Hogwarts Castle is coming your way. The set, dubbed LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle & Grounds (76419), may be a micro build of the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry but it is still pretty sizeable and certainly not lacking details.
From the lone image, we could make out the greenhouses in front of the library annex, as well various iconic locations including the viaduct bridge, viaduct courtyard, and The Great Hall. The micro build is complete with the path leading to the boathouse, and the entire castle set on a rocky cliff overlooking the landlocked freshwater lake, The Great Lake. Absolutely gorgeous.
The piece count is not known. Details are almost non-existence at this point. But we know this set is made for LEGO (AFOLs) adult fans.
Now that we have seen this set, I did say forget what I have said about the LEGO Hedwig and the Hogwarts Express Train Set with Hogsmeade Station being the only HP set to get if you only can get one LEGO Harry Potter set because there’s nothing screams the Wizarding World than the school itself.
The LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle & Grounds (76419) is set to arrive in September. Pricing is not known but hear it will cost about US$170.
