Anyone who is looking to get a Porsche Panamera may want to hold out a little longer. Porsche has recently unveiled the Porsche Panamera: the Platinum Edition which not only looks super sleek and classy but also comes with some extras as standard.
Featuring a discreet Satin Gloss Platinum design, the Porsche Panamera: the Platinum Edition packs an extended list of standard equipment and will be applied to the Panamera, Panamera 4, and Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, depending on the market. Porsche said it will be offered at a “particularly attractive price”, though it did not actually disclose the pricing.
The extended list of standard equipment includes highly sought-after options like adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), exterior mirrors with automatic dimming, LED matrix main headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus (PDLS Plus), the panoramic roof system, Park Assist with reversing camera, and an onboard AC charger with 7.2 kW charging power exclusively for the hybrid models.
On the cosmetic aspect, the Porsche Panamera: the Platinum Edition gets Platinum-painted 21-inch Exclusive Design Sport wheels, Black sports tailpipes, privacy glass, side window trims in High-Gloss Black, Exclusive Design tail lights and Platinum-painted air outlet trims behind the front wheels, Porsche logo, and model designation at the rear, and on the hybrid models, the ‘e-hybrid’ logo on the side.
The mark the Platinum Edition continues into the cabin with brushed aluminum door sill guards in Black with the Platinum Edition logo and an analog clock in the dashboard.
Those are in addition to luxurious appointments like a GT sports steering wheel and Power Steering Plus, Lane Change Assist, soft-close doors with Comfort Entry, 14-way electrically adjustable comfort front seats with memory package, heated rear seats, a Bose Surround Sound system, the brushed aluminum interior package in Black and the Porsche crest on the headrests.
