Handcrafted by Etsy shop krukrustudio, the Fly Backpack was designed to resemble a house fly. And it does, they absolutely nailed that. Available with a real or faux leather outer, the bag also features iridescent wings to really grab people’s attention. You know, just in case wearing a fly backpack didn’t garner enough attention already.
The faux leather version will set you back $210, and the leather version $220. And while those shiny wings are definitely an attention-getter, I think my favorite part of the bag is really the fly’s legs. Don’t ask me why, but it’s not because I have a fly-leg fetish, just to be clear.
If only those wings were powerful enough to lift me off the ground, this would definitely be my new backpack. I doubt they work at all, though. Probably about as useful as jumping off the garage roof with a garbage bag for a parachute. Now my legs hurt whenever it’s about to rain.
