All Robotic Band Covers Nirvana’s ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit’

Because in the future, all our entertainment will be produced by robots; we now have a video of the robotic One Hacker Band covering Nirvana’s classic ‘Smells Like Teen Spirit.’ That song is 32 years old now, by the way. That’s crazy to think about, mostly about all the time I’ve wasted since it was released. I’m not sure I’ve done anything, really.

The band consists of an electric guitar and bass, as well as a bass drum (with Kirby trapped inside), snare, and cymbal. All are operated entirely robotically, with no input from a human needed while it performs. Still, no word if the bass player has any luck with the robot ladies after a gig.

Now all the One Hacker Band needs are some animal costumes, and it can be the new Chuck E. Cheese band. I miss Chuck E. Cheese. Pumping $20 of my parents’ money into a Skee-ball machine just to win enough tickets to trade for a Chinese finger trap? Those were the days.
