I am a huge fan of LEGO who believes that LEGO and Star Wars are a match made in (galactic) heaven but only for the original trilogy. If you are a super fan of the original trilogy like I do, these are the three new LEGO Star Wars that you will not want to miss.
New from LEGO is the LEGO Star Wars Diorama Building Sets featuring iconic scenes from Star Wars: A New Hope and Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back or better known to old fans as Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope and Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back.
From A New Hope is the now-iconic Trench Run scene. The LEGO Star Wars Death Star Trench Run Diorama (75329) lets you recreate part of the Death Star trench where Darth Vader was in pursuit of Luke Skywalker. Also from A New Hope is the gripping scene where Luke, Han, Chewy, and Leia found themselves trapped in Death Star Trash Compactor.
The LEGO Star Wars Death Star Trash Compact Diorama (75339) lets you rebuild the scene, complete with Minifigures of the characters (including C-3PO and R2-D2), a dianoga’s head, and moving walls. Finally, there is a set based on one of the most important character-building scenes from The Empire Strikes Back: the Jedi training scene on the planet Dagobah.
The LEGO Star Wars Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama (75330) lets you build Master Yoda’s hut in the swamps of Dagobah with incredible details, including the almost completely submerged Luke’s X-Wing fighter.
The new LEGO Star Wars Diorama Building Sets are available for pre-order starting on March 24, globally from LEGO.com, with availability starting on April 26 from LEGO.com, LEGO stores, and other retailers.
The LEGO Star Wars Death Star Trench Run Diorama (75329) will sell for US$59.99, the LEGO Star Wars Death Star Trash Compact Diorama (75339), and the LEGO Star Wars Dagobah Jedi Training Diorama (75330) will sell for US$89.99 and US$79.99, respectively.
