Audeze, the company best known for its audiophile-grade planar headphones, has introduced its first non-headphone product, a conference speakerphone called FILTER.
Billed as the world’s most powerful portable conference speakerphone with artificially intelligent microphones, FILTER employs advanced Neural Network noise cancellation and beamforming technology in conjunction with Audeze’s legendary planar magnetic speaker to enable users to communicate with perfect clarity in any environment.
You know what that means. That means, conference calls at home will be free from dogs barking, babies crying, and whatnot, or if you are in the office, free from your coworkers’ yakking. This also means that it is the perfect conference call gadget for on-the-go use.
FILTER’s Deep Neural Network or DNN based noise cancellation eliminates most office or household sounds and presents only your voice. DNN has been trained on over 500,000 noise samples, thus allowing it to accurately and effectively detect background noise and eliminate it.
Moreover, it is totally good for solo and group calls – thanks to the 70-360 degrees of variable beamforming. Did mention that it can serve as a regular speaker too? Just activate the ludicrous mode for a loud 118 dB audio.
FILTER is outfitted with a 1,100 mAh LI-PO battery good for up to 15 hours of use on a single charge.
FILTER will play well with virtually any digital source device over Bluetooth or USB. It is compatible with Windows, Mac, Android, as well as iOS, and it is easily integrated with popular conferencing software.
Audeze has taken to Indiegogo to pre-sell the new Audeze FILTER Conference Speakerphone where you can secure a unit for February 2022 shipment for US$175 a pop.
